Lotz & Company acted for World Copper Ltd. (“World Copper”) in connection with its court-approved plan of arrangement with Plata Latina Minerals Corporation (“Plata Latina”) under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), whereby Plata Latina acquired World Copper’s 100% interest in the Zonia Copper Project, located in Yavapai County, Arizona in consideration for aggregate cash and share consideration valued at approximately $22 million.
