Harj practices corporate and securities law, working with a wide range of both public and private companies. He has experience in various aspects of corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, stock exchange listings, regulatory compliance, private placements and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Lotz & Company, Harj graduated from Simon Fraser University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in criminology. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria.
