Lotz & Company acted for Latin Metals Inc. (“Latin Metals”) in connection with its court-approved plan of arrangement with Latin Explore Inc. (“Latin Explore”) under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), whereby Latin Metals completed a spin-out of its Para Copper Project and Auquis Copper Project into Latin Explore, following which Latin Explore completed the listing of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
