Candace is a paralegal at Lotz & Company.  She is experienced in a wide range of corporate matters, including incorporations, extra-provincial regulations, naming of businesses and annual maintenance to more complex share transactions, dissolutions, amalgamations and restorations.  Prior to beginning her corporate paralegal career at Lotz & Company, Candace earned her Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
