Alexander has a general corporate and securities law practice and represents a range of public and non-public companies. He has experience in various aspects of corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, stock exchange listings, regulatory compliance, private placements and corporate governance.

Prior to his time at Lotz & Company, Alexander graduated from the University of British Columbia earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in history and a minor in economics. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University.
